The Super Incredible Marina Bay Sands


Sand Bay Marina is a resort in Singapore, designed by Safdie Architects office Safdie Architects, with the amazing budget of US$ 5.7 billion. People have much more to do than sleep in that hotel, they can enjoy a casino, museum, theater, shops, events center and best of all, a roof that is almost an amusement park, with some of the most incredible smimming pools I've ever seen. I can't even explain, you need to look at the photos and get a taste of what is to swim at a height of 200 meters!

Hugh Schneider, aka rad-ix at deviantART, is a nature photographer that was produced a different work in this area using a photo composition that really attracts me: ilumination. Of corse the angles are also perfect, transforming the landscapes in magic places. He also has some great macros.

Jellyfish (also known as jellies or sea jellies or medusozoa) are free-swimming members of the phylum Cnidaria. Jellyfish are found in every ocean, from the surface to the deep sea. Jellyfish are composed of more than 90% water; most of their umbrella mass is a gelatinous material — the jelly — called mesoglea which is surrounded by two layers of epithelial cells which form the umbrella (top surface) and subumbrella (bottom surface) of the bell, or body (wikipedia).

Inspiration: Toy Story 3, Concept Art and Fan Art


The guys from Pixar did it again... Toy Story 3 is simply a master piece, even better than the prior ones I would say. The movie already starts with a short film - Day & Night - that take our breath away, but that is just the intro for a whole animated magic world. All the characters - the ones we already knew from the last movies - and the new ones, are great. Perfectly imagined and executed. And the history? Oh, awesome... if you watched the movie you know what I'm talking about.

Unusual but true, he uses unrolled roaches for his designs. His work is very original because his concept is unique and he has experimented with portraits from Jesus Christ to Bob Marley. The result is truly remarkable. Maybe that’s the reason why his art work always seizes attention.

Paper Creations by Chloe Fleury


French designer/illustrator Chloe Fleury, now based in San Francisco, California, creates wonderful things with paper that instantly caught my attention. I especially love her San Francisco posters which represent her favorite neighborhoods and what they mean to her. Makes me want to go back to San Fran sometime soon. What I really enjoy is creating little worlds, fantastical worlds. Envisioning them, building them, and eventually bringing them to life through stop motion animation. I think it’s magical.
